老樵夫因年紀太大，無力再每天到樹林砍樹。所以，老樵夫的兒子便開始承繼他的事業。兒子好努力，第一個月砍樹40棵，老樵夫知道感到安慰，亦讚賞兒子的能力。兒子一個月比一個月努力，可是砍樹的數目卻一個月比一個月少。兒子沮喪地走到父親面前想要放棄，老樵夫問了兒子一句：「你有把斧頭打磨過嗎？」
繁忙既香港人，唔知幾時停低過，來打磨自己的工具、自己的生命呢？休息唔係等於息機，只是recharge吧！
