強起來

太少做運動,帶來劇烈運動後肌肉酸痛一週!上落樓梯最慘~

雖然是知道會有這後果...但總不會因有這後果,而不去做。痛是必然,因為太少鍛鍊了,忍痛一下,過程是辛苦的!不過,鍛鍊多了...肌肉便會強壯起來!!人不就是這樣嗎?!

好快...就堅強起來!Remember... 你痛的時候,祂沒有袖手旁觀~

ha! i started work out again recently, and it's really painful =P
